Sure is, it pays off in the long run.Hate reloading, but I know it's good for me and important.

100% the pics over time tell the real story. It's motivating to see the changes when you compare. Your comp shots will be amazingThanks mate, super keen and excited, handed in my 2 weeks notice yesterday.
I always fight with my perspective of the scales, I weigh in every day but try to largely ignore the number, and I use the bio impedance body scan as a better gauge, but I only do them every 6 weeks or so. In the meantime I try to rely and daily pictures, and compare them over weeks and such, was pretty crazy looking at photos of this week and the start of the comp. Keen as to share the progress of the comp in a couple of weeks.
Absolutely right, I take regular progress photos to remind me of exactly this, already looking forward to the end of comp reveal. I may still not be at my end goal, but I've made damn good progress.100% the pics over time tell the real story. It's motivating to see the changes when you compare. Your comp shots will be amazing
You have an impressive protein ratio! I made a decision a while back to increase my protein intake to 3g per kg, which meant reducing my carbs. Keeping days high also helps if you have the calories available. This change really helped me manage my hunger while in a calorie deficit. Now, it has become my standard daily protein goal, and I find it works well for me.
Yup, I delved into all the videos about protein timing and amounts and stuff and decided to just aim for a nice high number, I really don't feel like I struggle with hunger at all, any extra food just comes in from the whole sugar addict/desire. High protein is a good time. You have an impressive protein ratio! I made a decision a while back to increase my protein intake to 3g per kg, which meant reducing my carbs.
