Staying mostly on track so far this week.

Birthday weekend, there were no rules, but I did still try and log most things somewhat accurately. Ate of lot of super tasty foods and now I'm full of sugar and satisified. Had good times with friends and family. Made sure I got a couple of walks in as well to minimise the surplus, plus I'll work my ass off again this week. Felt old but then my son said you're not old until I'm 50, so I'll take his advice.

Not bad keeping it under 5000cals, easily corrected!

Unsure on my single arm lat pull downs, I can't really feel it in my back, feel it more in my biceps, where as the single arm cable rows I feel it right there in my last. Dunno if it's not a great exercise or I'm doing it wrong, will research.
Don’t overthink it bro. Some movements just don’t click with everyone. If it’s hitting more bicep than back, could just be the angle or the setup ain’t right for your frame. I’d mess around with seat height or where you’re sitting in relation to the cable. But honestly, if the single arm rows are nailing your lats already, just double down on them. Stick to what hits right imo.

Nice one brother. A few walks to balance it out and you’re sweet. Reset this week, train hard, eat clean and keep that momentum rolling.

Your son’s 100% right lol.
