An early morning workout cause lunch break will be busy. Full of energy and smashed it out today. Got a nice motivation boost after thanks to a good arm pump as well, got changed and my sleeves felt tight.

Isolation leg day is not as good with the current modifications. But extensions and calf raises keep getting stronger, even if calves are getting insane. Legs are dead now.
