Placebo or not, if the lifts are moving and you’re feeling good, then it’s workingIf the test is doing anything I'm definitely at least getting a confidence boost placebo something effect.
But I feel like it's starting to work, a lot of my lifts that were stuck on a plateau have started progressing again. And it feels ****ing awesome that all my bodyweight calisthenics exercises (pullup, chin up, dips) are all weighted now.
Very smart approach bro, that’s exactly how you close the gap. Just make sure you’re not rushing through reps on the weaker side cause it can get frustrating like you said. Always full stretch, full squeeze every time. Maybe throw in an extra iso set or some tempo work for the left too.Biceps are frustrating me now, left is lagging behind the right so I'm working on evening then up. I'll Max out the left first but have 2-3 RIR when I switch to the right.
Gotta use the brain muscle way more than I initially realised when wanting bigger muscles.Very smart approach bro, that’s exactly how you close the gap. Great work, hitting the cals is perfect. Hardest thing when you get sick, loose focus on the meal plan.I may be crook with covid and stuck at home feeling miserable. No workouts, but I'm still logging my food and keeping focussed, hopefully it doesn't take me long to recover.

Awesome job staying consistent. Keeping protein high is key for muscle preservation and you’re clearly nailing that aspect. Stick with this level of discipline and the results will keep coming guaranteed.
