Pretty good food tracking for yesterday, nothing interesting apart from reaffirming I probably need to have less protein bars. Really need to find some better high protein snacks.
Thoroughly unmotivated today but that never stops me any more. Great progress on my pull-ups so still can't believe I'm doing them for reps now. Biceps are stalling but triceps are still progressing and looking good.
Last workout for week 1 felt good. Progressed on everything today. Took 3rd test dose last night so maybe it's starting to kick in? I dunno I don't really feel anything and I'm not instantly shredded and jacked so pretty disappointed
