Last workout for week 1 felt good. Progressed on everything today. Took 3rd test dose last night so maybe it's starting to kick in? I dunno I don't really feel anything and I'm not instantly shredded and jacked so pretty disappointed 😅

Hard to get my macros right when I take my MIL out for birthday lunch AND it's internaitional donut day, but I hit the calorie goal so I'll take it.

and sunday was fine but I didn't move enough, but it was wet and rainy most of the day.

The weeks tracking was interesting, solid deficiet of -3750, which would normally mean 1kg lost, but I gained almost 1kg this week. I suspect that is the testosterone at work, and I took dose 4 of that this morning. No noticbale sideeffects or anything yet, at least nothing negative, energy levels feel slightly better, and hit some progress on my bench today where I've been platauing for weeks.

I've also been using this site, just1cycle.com , to track things and it seems really useful. Will be interested to put my next blood test in and see how things track on it there. On a related note, does anyone use the TRT+ app on android, was looking around for something that would do similar tracking on my phone and also remind and log my injections and this look like it would do it. TRT+
