I’ve been a bit slack with updates on here lately but things are still moving in the right direction.
Down a few more grams to 89.4kg with calories at 3020 P230 C400 F60
10k steps daily and no cardio at this stage, still have a shit load of calories to manipulate before I set foot on a step machine lol

So I tend to leave dinner as an open opportunity to create whatever I feel like eating. I eat the same things during the day, so dinner is whatever I want.
Tonight I made an eye fillet wrap. So quick and easy and delicious too. Few tomatoes and light sweet chilli on top with some mozzarella cheese for extra fats and protein. 500 calories total 💪🏼

Slowly dropping weight, now around 89kg with around 12 weeks until comp, retaining muscle and loosing fat rapidly. Vascularity is popping and fully sick especially after a workout when pumped.
3k calories and 10k steps. No cardio except in the bedroom 😉
So far so good

3 weeks out, or is it 4? 😵‍💫
The time has gone by so fast like they said it would lol.
Weight has plateaued at around 86 kg, want to cut down to 84 really, but with only a couple more weeks in this cutting phase I have my doubts. But stranger things have happened.
Current stack 350testE 280mastE 70trenace 30mg Anavar daily.
So looking forward to that box of Cinnabons after the comp 🤤
No turning back now….

Sorry y’all, so much for me keeping you all updated for so long….🫣
I just thought I would add a last comment on here just for closure.
So…. The last couple weeks before my comp were incredibly tough as far as diet goes, the food cravings got so intense that even now a week after my comp I’m still getting urges to just eat everything in sight.
Compared to 2 years ago when I competed last as a 76kg 100% natty, my stage weight this time around was 89kg so quite a dramatic increase. Not quite as lean, but pretty close.
I entered season C IFBB Queensland regional state show. 4 categories masters,true novice,novice & open. I got 3rd placing in the masters.
As always I do these shows to prove to myself I can set and complete goals through to fruition, and this was the toughest one yet. I believe any other goal I set myself either personal or business will be completely achievable from now on considering how challenging this one was.
I love this lifestyle and have no intention of ever giving up, so who knows, one day I might compete again, but in the meantime it’s time to chill for a bit.
