I’ve been a bit slack with updates on here lately but things are still moving in the right direction.
Down a few more grams to 89.4kg with calories at 3020 P230 C400 F60
10k steps daily and no cardio at this stage, still have a shit load of calories to manipulate before I set foot on a step machine lol

So I tend to leave dinner as an open opportunity to create whatever I feel like eating. I eat the same things during the day, so dinner is whatever I want.
Tonight I made an eye fillet wrap. So quick and easy and delicious too. Few tomatoes and light sweet chilli on top with some mozzarella cheese for extra fats and protein. 500 calories total 💪🏼

Slowly dropping weight, now around 89kg with around 12 weeks until comp, retaining muscle and loosing fat rapidly. Vascularity is popping and fully sick especially after a workout when pumped.
3k calories and 10k steps. No cardio except in the bedroom 😉
So far so good
