Hey bro its been good reading your logs and just wanted to say huge props to you pushing through the whole thing (and beyond) with the injury. Strong perseverance.
Thought I'd have a go at posing for the final day, didn't realise how hard it would be to try and tense all your muscles at once. Failed, and now understand why it takes people so much practice. I can tense each individual part and look better but not all at once. Thought it'd be good to show a morning photo as the others were after lunch.
Just asked ChatGTP to critique my photo from above.
Looking at your physique in this photo, you’ve already built a solid foundation with good upper body size and visible muscle definition. Here’s a breakdown of what stands out and where you might want to focus next:
Strengths
Arms and shoulders: Good size and definition, especially biceps and delts.
Chest: Balanced and developed, fits your frame well.
Back (width and thickness): Hard to see from the front, but more lat flare would improve the V-taper. Heavy rows, pull-ups, and pulldowns can add that.
Legs (quads and hamstrings): They’re strong but could use more size to match your upper body. Squats, RDLs, leg presses, and lunges will build mass and shape.
Abs/obliques: You have visible abs, but more definition and thickness in the midsection would make your torso pop. Weighted ab work, cable crunches, and oblique-focused lifts can help.
Chest upper portion: Lower/mid chest is solid, but adding more upper pec fullness would improve your frame. Incline presses and fly variations are best here.
General suggestion:
Prioritise back width + leg mass for balance.
Add weighted core work for more defined midsection.
Keep pushing arms and shoulders, but they’re already one of your strong points.
I'm dreading the fact it says to squat more, I squat so much but my legs don't seem to get much bigger. Obviously just haven't found the right programming yet. Didn't think my arms were a strong point, but core and back agree with and will really need to work on that.
Now that I'm no longer with a clinic I can run a longer cycle, the decision now is do I lose a bit more weight before going on a 12 week cycle? I have a couple of vials of Deca from @ozsteroids still. So aiming to run T300/D200

the double front bi looks great but I reckon u could try move ur thumbs back when flexing ur biceps to show off the peak a bit more, also pointing your feet out slightly would help show ur adductors because your legs are quite large already, it’s just that u have low quad insertions which are harder to see width on. Amazing physique tho bro
Thanks @oraphan will have to have a little practice next time, thanks for the tips. I just had a play rotating my thumb and it's cool to see your bicep move side to side. Never done that in my life, I've got a lot to learn. Mesmorising.
I'm just a little bit more refined since the beggining of the comp. My goal is 90kg and 10% body fat. Currently ~86kg and 12% so quite a bit more to go. Thanks for the feedback.
