Smashed arms this morning, kept getting interrupted it really threw me off so i quit 🤦🏻‍♂️

3 X 21’s 15kg’s curl bar forearm (failed every set) more like 16’s lol
4 X 8 20kg concentration curls
4 X 20 8kg skullcrushers
