Legends, I want to run 5IU daily for about 6 months. What's smarter to do taper up or just start with the 5IU off the bat? From what I read it would be best to pin before bed, not sure if its true. would I pin on around the waist?

This was something I found?

Weeks 1-4... HGH 2 IU’s one injection
Week 5....HGH 2.5 IU’s one injection
Week 6....HGH 3.0 IU’s split into two injections of 1.5 IU’s each
Week 7...HGH 3.5 IU’s split into two injections of 1.75 IU’s each

And so on until I reach the 5IU... or have I got it all wrong?

Im 46yrs old and on TRT. I do cycle once a year and just been interested in GH. No real specific goals but everything that GH offers and brings to the table. My weights at around 88kgs and heights 191cm
 
Starting with a tapering approach and splitting your dose into morning and night would be best. It helps your body adjust to the GH and helps reduce the sides.
 
This is the general advice for timing your GH pins:

Before Bed: aligns with natural GH peaks during sleep
Early Morning: boosts daily energy and fat burning without interfering with nighttime GH production
Pre-Workout: enhances training performance and recovery.
Multiple Doses: For maintaining steady GH levels and minimising side effects
 
Some find it beneficial or not for sleeping which could be an issue as dosage increases
 
I have 2 iu 1 hour before fasted morning cardio . I have it intra muscular for faster absorption . I also have injectable lcarnatine ti enhance the fat loss .
Later in the day in the evening I have anything from 2iu all the way up to 10 iu pre work out .
I’m retaining water though so won’t always be rising like this . I’m going down ti 4 iu daily starting Monday .
I should get some metformin and t4 though

Blood Glucose monitor is handy for dieting especially once you over 5i. Let me know how metformin goes for you.

May go for Indian stuff for the t4
Also , I’m in zero carb diet at the moment . I tried checking blood glucose but the strips are ****ed need ti get new ones
