Newbie Test e advice.

Currently doing TRT and have been prescribed T cream that use daily, but though have felt a pickup at the start, feel levels may still be pretty low, as my levels originally were extremely low. Have had suggested to give injections a try and compare results. Have not been totally happy with who I’m seeing for TRT, as when coming up to the 3 month period, I asked about having my levels checked again, and told they only do bloods at the 6 month period, and only offer cream and not injectables. Once I’ve got my 6 month bloods done, am planning on stopping the cream, and doing a trial on injections.

Have been thinking of running Test e @ 250 per week split over two pins, and running for a 6 week period to be able to get a good comparison.

Any advice would be appreciated, especially if there is anything else that I may need to be taking with this, as is all pretty new for me.

You'll notice a difference when switching from cream to injections. Creams would have inconsistent absorption which means your levels can fluctuate more. Probably explains why you're not feeling great after the initial boost. Injections are much better provided you're doing them consistently. You'll likely feel better and have more energy etc.

Prescription TRT is started at 1/3 of what you plan and that would still be stronger than cream. Don’t do that much if you want a prescription from another Dr as your Test levels should buildup substantially. 100mg weekly is plenty for Replacement therapy and you won’t need anything but maybe a blood test for a comparison. Don’t expect big changes from replacement therapy but get it started properly so choices are easier to make in the future

Just curious about the cream. If you don't care about weight training etc. is the cream actually sufficient to keep your test levels at good range?

I'd assume it would be suffice for keeping things just 'normal' for bloods, but I don't know if it would be normal enough to actually feel a difference. Personally I would'nt waste my time with the cream.

Definitely not as effective to run a cycle, but my original bloods came back with my T at 5.2, and my 6 months blood is now up at 32.

Ok cool
So do you use or know if you can use the insulin pens or some type of pen that holds a weeks worth but only dispenses a pre set amount each press. Been looking into it, I don’t see why not
Cheers
Honestly I wouldn't risk reusing an insulin needle more than once - it is not worth the potential risk for infection. If you absolutely don't want to inject every day, it would be better off just injecting every few days and accepting the less stable testosterone levels than the possibility of infection. If you're worried about cost, insulin needles + drawing needles aren't expensive. Also injecting daily isn't a super big time investment tbh

Wasn’t talking about reusing needle
From what I’ve seen you put a new needle on to the pen every use.
I’m interested in pen as it holds multiple amounts in pen and only dispenses the set amount each use. So you only throw away a needle each time, and probably draw up once a week
Just wondering if anyone does this
