Here are some details about my dietary supplements:

The apple cider vinegar is mainly used to support digestion and promote healthy gut bacteria. It also helps keep your pH levels balanced.

As for glutamine, it plays a crucial role in digestion and the absorption of macronutrients. It's the most abundant amino acid in our bodies.

Since most food digestion happens in the small intestine, glutamine assists in that process. Additionally, any leftover substrates can help the body repair muscle tissue.

Overall, these supplements work together to support your digestive health and muscle recovery.

Team HRVSTKA- Diet structure

The nutritional program will be structured to encourage a balanced intake, with most carbohydrates consumed around training times. Fats will be consumed upon awakening and before bed, unless training occurs after the first meal or prior to the last meal. This approach aims to support a fat loss response. This structure will help optimise results while accommodating individual routines.

How my food is measured/weighed

*Measure all meat raw

*Measure all carbohydrates cooked with the exception of pasta which is measured raw

*No need to weigh out condiments or cooking oils. Just keep consistent throughout all phases.

Best of luck to everyone with their check-ins and photos this weekend. I also want to acknowledge those who checked in, contributed, and followed along in the background. Finally, to my support team—my family, who have adapted to the training and diet—my coaching service, Team HARVSTA, has always provided additional support and encouragement along the way.

I'd like to thank @jay for giving me the opportunity to take part in this competition again. I’m grateful for the encouragement to stay focused and to outline the steps needed for my submission. Throughout this process, your support and guidance have been invaluable. The weekly updates have kept me accountable,

17 weeks really required dedication, focus, and a structured plan. For me, there were several evolutions in the 17-week program…

  • Maintenance phase post-bulk,
  • Deficit phase during a 12-week period,
  • Mini reverse period which was deliberately conservative and longer than usual.
  • The goal here was to maintain body composition within striking distance of two mini preps.
  • LISS was key here while enough calories were added to support effective low-carb days before carving up to the photos.

Each update has been a meaningful moment for self-reflection, helping me see my progress and identify areas for improvement. The ongoing engagement and constructive feedback from all participants have kept me motivated and dedicated to my goals, creating a strong sense of community that has greatly contributed to the success of this contest.
