8 Week Comp - Cooks591698

Solid effort bro,hard work then train,it ain't easy man.i do the same,work 6 says,2 × nights and fit in training n family somehow.we just get on with it brother.
Yeah changing routine is hard! Its been a struggle for me to stay on top of logging like the first week i used a app and kept track of my sets then uploaded it straight away then the app wanted money to use its features so i canned it lol then i was recording my sets straight into here which was good but just haven’t had the concentration for too much at once lately so i’d just train then tell myself id post it later but get overwhelmed or just crash out lol anyways! Since it’s getting colder things may slow up enough for me to manage my time a bit better 😎

I smashed a bit more of an extensive session tonight for you guys and hit several different muscle groups!
Bought a 5kg rump and sliced him up for next two weeks! $60 opposed to buying two rump steaks for $20 i got 19!
Obviously steak and egg for dinner lol

Hey my big broskis!
Massive week this week at work!
Got a shoulders session in last night, switched it up a bit..
6 X 12 20kg front raise with the bar
6 X 12 10kg front raise dumbell
6 X 8 20kg front raise plate
4 X 8 10kg lateral raise dumbell
4 X 8 20kg overhead press dumbell
4 X 8 10kg reverse fly
Thought i’d hurt my left shoulder and called it after the flys but its sweet just burned real good lol
Doing 500 test now too..
 
Today i woke up real early had a coffee and decided to get into it, mrs had work at 8 and i needed to do some shit before i had all the rats hanging off me all day lol
Hit chest
4 X 12 50kg bench
4 X 12 25kg dumbell bench
4 X 12 10kg flys
4 X 8 20kg incline bench dumbell

Tuesday today!
The Suzuki got picked up today had to knock off early to get it on the truck for its trip to JWB customs in melbourne, farkin stoked lol
So i was able to sneak in a quick session..

6 X 8 50kg bench
4 X 12 25kg dumbell bench
6 X 16 8kg flys
3 X 20 8kg skullcrushers lol
I always use the 8 kilo hex dumbells for skullcrushers and since i had them in my hands for the flys between my last 3 sets rather than rest i just punched some of those out!
Wasn’t the biggest routine but i made it count as usual near perfect form, breathing and kept it slow and steady..
Been forgetting to log my foods and missing meals not quite making my target at times so this food app will help me if i put in the work..

Awesome effort bro, awesome volume considering how you felt.im the same bro,I sit and procrastinate sometimes but I get so dirty on myself if I don't get up and get it done,then when it's all over I feel so ****ing good about it.

Yeah i have felt really good putting the work in during the week even after a big day, rather than just training on weekends and trying to fit it all in just to get my logs in! If i start training before i get a chance to sit down or get distracted with the kids it just happens and ill get it done! Thanks bro!
 
Posting some nutritional information, getting used to logging my food now! We’ve got our phones doing something whenever we eat anyway so taking a few seconds to scan a bar code or just find that specific food and serving size isn’t such a big deal lol and made sure i hit my targets for today 😎

Big day on the saw dropped 3 100ft wooly pines and diced em up then took the tops out of a tow of trees easy 50 deep, and if you know what its like holding a pole saw up for hours than you know the burn lol
Got home and started arms!

Can someone tell me if this seems right?
I logged my food and look at the chips! I had about 150g of hot chips yeah and its calculated that to be like 70,000 more kj more than two sausages?
I’ve double checked everything like the formats and how i entered it but chips are either hectic bad or the app has some genetic failures, broken dna, bit of spastication, please advise!!
