Notes: Introducing fasted morning walks this week has been great. I feel my digestion has already improved and have not been feeling as full throughout the day. I will be traveling interstate for work early next week so will prioritise morning walks before getting the work day underway.
I'm back into full training sessions after a few light ones due to neck pain. Everything is moving freely and feeling good. Anadrol is making light work of usual working weights, have increased slightly on some movements and others have increased reps.
