Log for Monday 24th March
Hopped on the scales first thing this morning. Slight drop in weight from previous week, not bad considering I did eat a bit of shit food over the weekend to be sociable
Tamed the standard 1st meal. Keeps me full for hours and it’s simple and easy!
Kept on track whilst out in the field through the day while the boys had KFC and Guzman the

Arranged to train legs with a young fella from the gym. He’s young but has a solid frame on him, mad legs and excellent work ethic for training..
So, session was far from my normal as I let him take the reins. It was heavy and hard, and was good to have a spotter and someone to keep pushing you for those few extra reps..
Front Smith Squat
Ended up with 80kg on the bar. I had never really done front squats before but they felt surprisingly good
Leg Press
Worked our way up to working sets of around 15reps @ 200kg. Then for some stupid reason we decided to do a massive drop set, starting at 200kg for 10 reps, then removing a plate each side for each drop with another 10 reps until all plates were off. I was busted up
Did some lying leg curls and leg extensions, hitting failure around 10 reps on each exercise for 2 working sets.
Finished off with some calf raises and 10min on the treadmill to warm down.
Was a hectic workout but felt good at the same time!
1st pin for the week tonight.
