Approved Log My Training Log - Fit, Filthy & Forty

I hope so! I thought I was prepared for the sides but nope lol
If you can't take the sides just drop the Tren. They won't be getting any better

Tren A = worse sides upfront, but easier to bail out
Tren E = smoother start, but harder to control if things go sideways

Log for Monday 14th April (Back + Bi’s)

Hopped on the scales first thing this morning. Pleasantly surprised to see the first significant movement in a few weeks. I had slightly lowered calories over the last 2 weeks, predominantly from carbs (not much, perhaps 50g a day)..

Trained with a young fella in the gym this arvo. Off from my normal plan (think I’m getting a bit bored of it tbh) so it was good to switch things up a big.

Started with Barbell Curls (in the squat rack too 🫣). Worked up to 40kg for 2 working sets, failing around 10 reps before a couple rest pause reps and slow as phuk negatives.

Next moved onto a Bicep pull-down. Never done before and unsure how I felt about them. Basically underhand grip in the lat pull down setup, but pulling from the elbow and driving straight down. 2 working sets @ 56kg for about 8 reps.

To finish we hit some 10kg plate curls, mimics more of a hammer curl type movement. 3-4 sets at 20 reps, only rest was while the other person was doing their set. Was a brutal finisher…

Moved onto back next.

Started with some heavy rack pulls. I love this movement and don’t know why I haven’t incorporated it into my current program.
Few warms ups. 2 working sets at 150kg for around 7-8reps.

Barbell rows. Haven’t done the barbell row for quite a while but felt quite good. Nothing crazy. Worked up to around 60kg for 6-7 reps.

Finished with a close grip pull-down superset with straight arm pulldown to target the lats. Forget what weight we got up to but hit about 3 sets to finish off.

Home to some mail! Jagged a bargain with nearly 4kg Core Nutritionals protein for $100 delivered.

First pin day for the week, gear supplied by none other than @gearmaniac101 🤌🏼

Altered my doses slightly from this week. Brought my Test back down to 400, Mast up to 400, and 30mg Tren A EOD. Hoping the altered dose and frequency of the Tren alleviates some of the sides I was experiencing..

Yeah that was why I chose to run Acetate despite running other Enanthate esters. Going to reassess after this week and see how I’m feeling.

Log for today Tuesday 15th April.

Shit day at work today. Just under the pump feeling defeated and it really killed my mood for the gym, I nearly didn’t go.

Regular gyms in town have been so busy lately and frustrating. Good for the owners but not for me lol.

So anyway I decided to hit the little local gym close to home. Despite not having a lot in there, it’s usually pretty quiet and I managed to pump out a half decent sesh and achieve a mad pump too! 🫶🏼

Pin Loaded Chest Press.
Hammer Strength machine and I quite like it.
Few warm up sets working up in weight.
2 working sets @ 117kg for 6-8 reps.

Seated Incline Cable Flys.
30kg per side. 2 sets @ 8 reps

Decline Cable Press.
Lowered the weight on these a little because chest was fairly cooked by now.
2 sets of 8 @ 25kg per side, superset with some close(ish) grip controlled pushups on the smith machine bar.

Banged out a few sets of DB Shoulder Press. I rarely hit shoulders directly nowadays besides lateral raises and rear delt movements.
Managed 2 x 8 @ 36kg superset with some wide grip upright rows (30kg bar)….
Not too bad..

Finished off with some seated bent over rear Delt flys. Felt really good.
3 x 10 @ 14kg..

Cooked up a chicken toasted sandwich on Turkish bread with Nandos XX Hot sawssssss and low fat cheese for final meal.

Yeah the sirloin meal is textbook bulk, you did well.

Nice addition of the Tren. Mood dips are tricky, especially when life stress is high anyways so hard to pinpoint what’s gear and what’s just real life being a pain in the ****. Keep monitoring it and maybe throw in some ashwagandha.

Your're doing well bro.

Thanks bro! Gonna look into Ashwagandha
