Log for Monday 31st March (Lower Body)
Keeping on track with meals, and current cycle has remained the same. I will increase doses slightly next week for the final 6 weeks of cycle. Doses will be:
Test E @ 500mg (pin 3x)
Mast E @ 300mg (pin 3x)
Tren A @ 20mg ED
Current Anavar @ 50mg/day will wrap up end of this week.
I did actually start the 20mg Tren A yesterday. Did some quick math and realised I would have been left with a small sorta useless amount at end of cycle, so added in earlier to make use of it
I am treading very carefully with the Tren hence the dose size and frequency..
Trained lower body today with young fella from the gym. Off from normal plan but we pushed it fkn hard and I was smoked by the end of it..
Started off with some squats in the Smith Machine. I’m not a big fan of squats, particularly due to poor flexibility in my shoulders to actually get under and grip the bar comfortably. But we worked up to a final working set of 8 @ 80kg.
Next we moved onto the Hack Squat. Once I tweaked the foot placement we managed to load the quads up quite well.
2 x working sets @ 160 (6-7 reps)
Moved onto some RDL’s to pull a bit of blood out of the quad.
2 x 10 @ 80kg
Next, onto the Leg Press. Pyramid up to final working set of 280kg for 15reps. Close and low stance.
1st pin of the week today. Currently 2 x a week, 200 Test and 100 Mast per pin.
Also using insulin needle for seperate Tren dosage and so far so good!
