And today's workout. Still troubleshooting my squats. Form still feels off. Tried with and without the othotics today and without definitely felt better, with them I'm tilting forwards too much. Forgot the belt which might have helped a bit. Need some new general use/gym shoes so might ask at the specialist show store if they can offer any tips, might also harass my mums childhood friend who was my podiatrist for some advice there as well.
