Leg day sucks as usual, shoulders feeling strong though. Maybe I'll just become a chicken 🐓

I did single leg press yesterday (light weight) and really struggled. It’s crazy how much harder it is compared to using both legs, even with way less weight. I can normally load up more than 6 plates per side, but with single leg it just hits different. Just interesting how much harder it feels even though the weight is so much lighter.
 
And the normal love return, will mostly be workouts and weekly numbers whilst I take a break from the diet side.
Currently running 500mg of test til end of Nov.
Mondays workout was solid kicking into a new post comp week still pushing hard for progressive overload.

And today's workout. Still troubleshooting my squats. Form still feels off. Tried with and without the othotics today and without definitely felt better, with them I'm tilting forwards too much. Forgot the belt which might have helped a bit. Need some new general use/gym shoes so might ask at the specialist show store if they can offer any tips, might also harass my mums childhood friend who was my podiatrist for some advice there as well. 2 weeks into it so far no real noticable change, even with the not tracking food, I don't think I'm hugely increasing my calories so I reckon any changes will be mostly under the hood and the body scans and progress photos will tell me how it went. On the other hand, no success sides either, so that's awesome, gives me good information to work with if I look at future cycles.
 
Managed to talk myself into not avoiding squats again, that makes 3 consecutive weeks.
Deloaded them to 100kg and was much happier with my form, will probably work on that weight for a couple of weeks before I start pushing it up again.
And then shoulders took their usual beating, I don't think I'll be roman saluting anyone for the rest of the day at least.

Pullups are starting to struggle to progress but I'm just still happy that I'm working with weighted ones.
Arms are largely in the same boat, but the cable machine snapped when I tried to do triceps so my bad for using almost the full stack? Lol had to switch he reverse curls out too, just too heavy for my grip. Any suggestions for forearms/grip?
But I'm mostly happy as long as I'm staying consistent and pushing to failure.
