Leg day sucks as usual, shoulders feeling strong though. Maybe I'll just become a chicken 🐓

I did single leg press yesterday (light weight) and really struggled. It’s crazy how much harder it is compared to using both legs, even with way less weight. I can normally load up more than 6 plates per side, but with single leg it just hits different. Just interesting how much harder it feels even though the weight is so much lighter.
