Nearly forgot to post tonight, currently training, late as hell for a Sunday, work tomorrow came around way too fast for my liking! I wish the week would fly by as quick as the weekends! Just wishing my life away lol like when ya were a young teen aye goin fark i wish i could drive i wish i was 18 i wish i had a Mrs lol what a dumb fark! 15 years later ya wish ya were a teen again, young, smelly finger after science class with Matilda haha zero responsibility for fark all other than ya own self!
Farkin anyways im doin legs..
6 x 10 40kg leg extensions
1 x 20 36kg leg curl
5 x 10 50kg leg curl
1 x 16 50kg leg curl
Just a quick light one tonight!
I had planned on pushing out squats and lunges but it’s late I'm done!

Hello!
I was not going to train tonight but i rearranged some plates and added a little weight to my bench so i done a few sets looked something like this..
3 x 8 65kg
1 x 10 65kg
2 x 8 65kg
1 x 6 65kg
3 x 8 65kg
10 sets of bench thought about doing some more but i’d already told myself i’d only do 10 sets after the 4th so yeah bit slack, but I'm upping my weight so thats good!

Kinda bumbed out but all good!
I’ve got a long way to go and this has been a learning curve and good starting point for becoming more serious about training!
I know i probably broke some rules tonight and feel a bit guilty but i got home and sat next to my bench on marketplace for a while, mrs brought me dinner in and i smashed that and contemplated what i was going to do and it was too easy to jump on the bench and do more chest lol then i decided to do leg extensions as they’re at the end of my bench lol anyways..

4 x 10 x 35kg leg extensions
4 x 10 x 10kg flys
4 x 10 x 50kg leg curl

Lol bit of a different and definitely lazy sesh, but i still pushed it out!
See how we go tomorrow, laters..
 
Logging my food is becoming a habit too! Im learning what i can pack for lunch throughout the day to make sure i hit my targets! Still fall a bit behind at times but i just have to smash a couple things and i make it!

Nice work bro,to get something done when you're not feeling it is an effort,bet you felt great after doing that session though.anyrhing is better than nothing man
 
Still crook as and weak as shit but forced myself to do a few sets, picked up an old lat pull down basic cable machine this morning too which I'm stoked about! Expanding my ability to target different muscle groups in different ways hopefully more affectively!

1 x 10 10kg lat pull down
1 x 10 15kg lat pull down
1 x 10 20kg lat pull down
1 x 10 25kg lat pull down
1 x 10 30kg lat pull down
4 x 10 15kg incline row
4 x 8 20kg bent over row

Cant seem to kick this cold man!
Became real chesty overnight shit sucks!
Got up early early took some panadol made a coffee and started warming up until i felt that push..

Few simple sets didn’t push it too hard but made sure every rep was on point!

4 x 4 80kg deadlift
4 x 10 20kg back extensions
4 x 6 40kg hip thrust
2 x 30 lat pull down

Smashed 2 banana sandwiches and my shake with 2 bananas 3 eggs two tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter teaspoon of manuka teaspoon of malt extract and 20g maltodextrin, catchyas later..
