33 - First Cycle, any advice appreciated

Hey guys,
Just joined, and loving the advice the members give here, so I wanted to ask for myself
Been training for over 10 years + but haven't really achieved anything, and I know most of it is because of my nutrition. I've never really bulked properly (controlled calories, high protein) but this time I want the aid of a cycle + good diet

Height: 170cm
Current Weight: 75kg

I plan to do
Test E for 12 weeks, 400mg a week
HCG for 2 weeks after last pin
Nolvadex for 4 weeks

I am playing it safe, and getting my head around a cycle but what kind of gains can I expect eating at 2500 calories
I have gotten my blood work done, and my test is quite high
Attached some pics of current body, not the best but can get the jist

Any advice is appreciated! I am pretty set on doing a cycle, already have the stuff

I'm assuming you're not on gear atm?

Your bloods are nothing to worry about. Test levels are fine, LH and FSH all good so you’re not suppressed and don’t need gear yet. ALT/AST are just a bit up but I'm guessing thats from training but its nothing serious. At 170 cm and 75 kg, 2500 cals is barely maintenance. You won’t grow even on 400 mg test unless you’re eating more. I personally don't think you need to touch anything right now, but thats just my opinion. Dial your foods up to around 3000 to 3500 (CLEAN) with proper protein and track it, everyday. Nail consistency for a few months and you’ll make progress naturally. Use the gear later when you’ve maxed that out. You’ll get way more out of it.
 
I was planning to start next Tuesday, I am quite keen on starting plus upping the calories. I'm happy to do another cycle, and then slow down on it but that's my plan

Hi, my advice is start with a low dose 200-300 mg a week for the first 4-6 weeks. Then get your bloods done again especially the sensitive E2 test which will give you the best idea of your E2 (oestrogen) level. If all in range then go up to 400mg per week for the last 6 weeks. You may find that you can do a cycle for 12 weeks at 200-300 mg a week and increase your calorie intake to around 3000 a day. The longer you stay on smaller amounts the longer you can keep on using without to many side effects. I would also get some Ai’s or some extra nolvadex just incase.
