Hit push today was very good did chest shoulders and triceps focusing on compound lifts and finished with some dips to failure and an hour cardio. I’ll post my workouts more detailed as we go. And ofcourse to finish had a protein shake post workout (labrada chocolate)

End of the day this what my total macros are. Open to any advice and suggestions for my meals as I just built this structure myself and it seems to be working well but there is always room for improvement 🏆

Currently 9 weeks into my current cycle feeling amazing might cut it short to 12 weeks and cruise till my levels come back normal then blast for the last few weeks of the comp excited to see my transformation I believe this comp is a great way to motivate and keep me on track with everything, in the end it’s me vs me, just happy to be apart of this and see everyone else’s success and goals being crushed 🏆😎
 
Starting off with 30 mins fasted cardio in the morning tomorrow then I will return home and eat breakfast to prepare for my legs and core workout in the afternoon. I’ll keep it updated tomorrow need to sleep soon to get minimal 8 hours in I can’t be doing anything less 😅
 
Todays exercise was legs did fasted cardio and also another cardio session after gym I won’t spam my meals unless I make changes but I eat the same thing everyday so there’s no variation. so far currently 79.8 kgs today fasted so it’s definitely working well if I hit a plateau I’ll either increase my cardio sessions and daily steps or cut down 150 cals or so

Diet Overview:
Aiming to lose body fat currently eating 1800 cals a day . My diet plan is simple: I will have a mid calorie deficit with high protein, moderate carbs, and healthy fats. I will focus on consuming lean meats, whole grains, and plenty of vegetables. I plan to start the day with oats and Greek yoghurt with blueberries and strawberries plus two scoops of protecting powder, have grilled chicken or mince with vegetables for meals, and include protein shakes post-workout. I'll be sticking to whole foods, staying hydrated, and no cheat meals

Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
I train 6 days a week, focusing on a mix of heavy lifting and cardio after every session I split my routine into push, pull, and leg days, hitting each muscle group twice a week. I make sure to incorporate compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, along with some isolation exercises for definition. After lifting, I usually do 45mins to 1 hour of moderate-intensity cardio to help with fat loss. On rest days I do an hour cardio and, I stay active with light mobility work or walking to keep things moving without overtraining.

Goal for the Competition:
Loose fat and get shredded!

I’m in generally good health with no major medical conditions.
Hey bro, great to see you participating in the comp. I see your pct may need some work / adjustments if your planning to come off cycle as Nolvadex alone will not be enough. Especially with Tren PCT may need to be aggressive or cruise on trt for a while before coming clean off.

Also, your planning is to cut down. Do you plan on adding in any fat burners? Do you happen to have a rough idea of what your maintenance calories may be?
