Rest day for me today. Raining crap weather outside so didn’t go for a walk as originally planned.
Commentary:
Spent the day working from home as young fella was home sick from school. Thankfully I had enough work to keep my busy and prevent me from grazing throughout the day. Stuck to meals as planned and looking forward to training tomorrow.
I do one warm up set then one set till failure.Noticed how you do 2 sets on most exercises do you find that more optimal for gains ? And do you do a warm set up before each exercise ?

What started off as a quiet morning at work quickly escalated with a broken rail (emergency response) about 30km south of town. One thing after another, nothing went to plan, and it ended up taking all day, including eating into my designated gym time this afternoon. Frustrated, but I will make up for it tomorrow so not the end of the world I guess..
