First 40kging set attempted 40kg, got 3 reps.
Sat back at 36kg for 3 sets of 4-6.

Then started the JM Press, mostly because it seems to have done more good for my elbows than anything else so far.
Worked up to 40kg sets of 8, 4 sets.
Pushdowns for 4x10, I'm guessing 25kg as the gym repaired the gym 6 months ago and put the wrong stickers on it so it's anyone's guess to the weight.
Shrugs for 2 sets of 15-20 with 35kg.
Hammer curls of 15kg each for 12 reps, 3 sets.
Barbell curls, 25kg, 3x12
Dumbbell curls, 14kg, 3x10
Couple of Forearm curls.
Woke up today at 100kg. May taper off my calories a bit. Don't want to get runaway weight gain.

So I haven't had pre workouts for quite a while now. In the powder form at least. I found I got too reliant on it. So now I have a coffee where I can before the workout. Probably no different. But I now find it much easier to even go without coffee before the workout than the thought of going without a pre workout when I used them (empty tub was a day ruiner).
On a perfect day my no brand pre workout consists of 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 2 shots of coffee and 200ml of milk.
Same same but different I suppose.
Though I did go through a stage (twice) of consuming far too much caffeine, to the point of headaches without it. After a 2 day detox I was able to have no coffee and no headaches.
So now I limit myself to 4 servings daily most days, and now if I have no coffee, there are no headaches.
This encompassed Saturday and Sunday. Didn't counts calories strictly today but it epuld sit about 3000 average per day of the weekend
Weigh in tomorrow.

@YAT35Y Hey mate I think kind of a recomp thing. I'd like to get bigger but don't want to get too fat, as I tend to have no issue putting fat on lol. So not sure right now, I might increase calories and see what happens. But strength going up is also enough to keep me happy.

If you put on fat pretty easily, it might be worth doing a bit of a cut first, tighten things up and then lean bulk from there. Even a mini cut can make a big difference before pushing calories up. Something to think about.100kg flat again today.
