Trying to make sure my form is tighter each week, so some may look like they're going down but the reps are meaning more.

Rest day today

So I haven't had pre workouts for quite a while now. In the powder form at least. I found I got too reliant on it. So now I have a coffee where I can before the workout. Probably no different. But I now find it much easier to even go without coffee before the workout than the thought of going without a pre workout when I used them (empty tub was a day ruiner).

On a perfect day my no brand pre workout consists of 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 2 shots of coffee and 200ml of milk.

Same same but different I suppose.

Though I did go through a stage (twice) of consuming far too much caffeine, to the point of headaches without it. After a 2 day detox I was able to have no coffee and no headaches.

So now I limit myself to 4 servings daily most days, and now if I have no coffee, there are no headaches.

This encompassed Saturday and Sunday. Didn't counts calories strictly today but it epuld sit about 3000 average per day of the weekend
