Unless you’re feeling flat or your lifts are stalling, I’d say stay the course for now. No need to rush into a bulk untill you’ve reached your goal body composition. You’re photos and stats show me that your still leaning out nicely. But if your energy’s crashing throw in some clean re-feeds.I get very conflicted over my calories, should I stay the course? is it time to bulk? should I cut harder? I go back and forth on it constantly.

Probably right at this stage, might reassess at 20%, but might just take a break from the cut for a couple of weeks and just eat maintenance. Already adding in a nice refeed once a fortnight which definitely seems to be helping. 250mg a week will do that… fair bit above trt dosing… but if your feeling good on that dose than just watch the e2. If you don't want to AI then a small dose of mast or primo might keep you in a good range.Gear updates, I'm now pinning 125mg of Test E twice a week, my bloods came back with high estrogen, but not hugely so, but I don't feel any symptoms so I'm taking an AI yet, keeping a very close eye on it though cause I'm terrified of Gyno. I feel great, better than ever really. Sleep is good, energy is good, really no complaints, let's hope this continues.

Feels weird constantly touching myself up, but definitely can't feel anything coming on.I wouldn't touch AI if there’s no gyno signs. Just keep an eye on your nips and have the AI ready and retest in 4-6 weeks.

That weird back feeling’s usually your erectors probably got hit harder than expected after time off. Definitely warm up next time and a proper belt makes a huge difference. RDLs are savage for fatigue so expect DOMS and don’t plan anything crazy the next day.Did deadlifts for the first time in ages, 135kg x 6 felt good, even if I do feel it in my back in there way I know I shouldn't, but thankfully not in the worst way, I think I just surprised it, maybe needed not warm up sets lol, or a better belt. But I forgot how fatiguing reads were, absolutely cooked now, no reps in reserve at all.

100000% Once you flip that mindset to food = fuel, everything gets easier. Cuts the emotion out and keeps you locked in to your goals.I'm glad I don't have much of an issue eating virtually the same thing every day, but I think I've been largely successful changing my relationship to food to one of "you are fuel".
