I get very conflicted over my calories, should I stay the course? is it time to bulk? should I cut harder? I go back and forth on it constantly.

I don’t think you need to bulk at this stage. Your protein’s high and you’re still in a decent deficit even with the snacks. Unless you’re feeling flat or your lifts are stalling, I’d say stay the course for now. No need to rush into a bulk untill you’ve reached your goal body composition. You’re photos and stats show me that your still leaning out nicely. But if your energy’s crashing throw in some clean re-feeds.

Probably right at this stage, might reassess at 20%, but might just take a break from the cut for a couple of weeks and just eat maintenance. Already adding in a nice refeed once a fortnight which definitely seems to be helping. But you are absolutely right about my stats telling me I'm still progressing in the right direction, the body scan today really reinforced that for me.
