Same here, mainly on deadlifts for me.
Yea, I've got straps and use them for the big heavy barbell lifts like deadlifts. Starting to need them with more of my back exercises now though, and the straps I've got are annoying for those. Been looking at things like one of these.

Was short on protein and had calories to spare at the end of the day so it was a great excuse to smash a whole tub of gym bod.

Feeling pretty strong this week, most of my lifts went up nicely, dialed down the cardio a bit to help the best recover but overall a very good week.
