last two day’s sessions. Apologies for the lack of updates but really getting ****ed by uni rn, mid sem break next week so will definitely be more consistent. Probably will have some form videos uploaded during that time. Recently have increased my carb intake to around 150-200g prior to gym with 100g approx 1.5 hours before my sessions. There is a noticeable change in energy levels that I have seen, will continue experimenting with this.
