Approved Log My Anavar/Decca/Test Log Cycle

Hey mate sorry was meant to update earlier just had some huge dramas recently.

Besides eating super healthy Ive been working out still around 4-6, days a week I have finished my Anavar tablets at 40mg a day. Didn't notice a big difference in feelings or looks but I suppose it's mainly eating. I'm back on eating better now with some extra time up my sleeve. Next time I'll up the Anavar to 60mg to be honest.

I had to have a week off the gym and a day here or there due to kickboxing injuries and ju jitsu unfortunately haven't ran into a lot of luck I'm on my second vile of test and Decca now just cracked them this week.

Hey brother, great update. I don't know if it's the actual pose, but looking at the photos that you originally posted and the ones you have now, it looks like your arms have thickened up?

Taking a week off from the gym is no issue bro, rest is always good imo.

Also, sorry to hear that you had dramas and also those bottles cracking man.

The Anavar, I think it would have been best if you did the 50-60mgs for 6 weeks straight at the tail-end of your cycle. Just something to keep in mind for next time.

Apart from that you're looking good bro, keep us posted and also post some pics of your foods... it'll give us all some inspiration.
 
Here are some the servings are huge one of them has outlandish calories but sometimes im busy all day so need it as I won't eat much during the day.

Yes sir my favourite lately has been the cheesy beef pasta I've made. I'll show pictures of the recipe it's got good macros as well which is always the goal. I felt like a burger so I made this 800 calories Angus beef from aldi and burger cheese from aldi - homemade chilli tomato jam and burger sauce. Update pic. Thanks for the support guys!

Awesome foods bro. The way I look at it is that food needs to be a lifestyle and not a diet. Keep sharing brother!

Also, looking good. How's the training and cycle going?
 
Honestly man I feel amazing. Not even that oily on the skin. A bit more big pimples around my butt and stuff but not too bad honestly. Definitely not a deal breaker at all and I am sensitive to getting pimples as I use to have horrific skin earlier in life.

Yeah it's been some food strength gains I haven't pushed the weight much higher just more often as previously I have gotten shoulder injuries so this time trying to take time to move up, I'm still making awesome progress and it's helping my MMA alot with endurance. I just want to keep going!
 
This is the cheesey beef pasta. I don't even bake it but it is good. I also this time through a cream cheese in there instead of sour cream as it made it a bit more cheesey and similar macros taste alot better.

I get the pimple/acne issue alot when i go over 200mg a week on Tren. I get massive pimples all on my chest and back only.
 
Is there anything to take for hair thinning out. I have super thick hair usually but it doesn't seem like it at the moment. I know it can regrow when your off it for a while. But I'm of course worried a bit.

And as for the chilli tomato jam I literally just winged it but it contained;
My friends mixed chillis mainly jalapenos
Passata as I had it in my cupboard but any non flavoured tinned tomato or fresh tomato will work
Red onion
Garlic cloves just a few
Balsamic vinegar
White viniger
Sugar - use the viniger and sugar to balance a taste you desire
Reduce till a bit thicker remember when it's cooled down it gets thicker so maybe spoon some out onto something and see when it cools if that's the consistency you desire and blend with a stick blender when all the ingredients are well and truly stewed down. If you only have a big blender not a stick blender make sure it's cold before you blend it'll be harder but you don't want to get seriously burnt from the hot jam

Not really bro... hair vitamins I guess. But from what I know you only really accelarate the process with steroids if your prone to hair loss. But I could be wrong.
 
Hey guys still going strong. I've been going through a super hard breakup during this time also we are great together just she keeps falling apart with boundaries. And as a mentor for work alots been going on but still staying on track as much as possible. Keeping high protein diet to keep me fuller for longer and help keep the calories low I aim for 1700 calories a day to loose some weight but I end up eating around 2000 some days more if I feel I need it but body fat is declining so it's awesome. Don't want to malnutrish myself either.

Gym and MMA has been good moving up weights but trying not to just jump up rather do super sets or just a slower stronger technique as my first time I got injurys. With test you can lift the world but your joints and tendons don't like it haha.

Here's a progress picture a little seductive I know but I sent my mates one with only a prickle rick sock on so yous are lucky 🤣🤣

I do need some BPC and TB to fully heal my shoulders though from a couple years back it really slows down progress. But still really happy with my bodies progress maybe get some roacutine to sort out the pimples but also my mates partner has a beauty salon and she's wanting to use me as a demo so hopefully that works out.

As long as you're making progress, thats the main thing. You're also on the right track with keeping your protein hign... going up to 2000 is totally fine, especially if you're seeing body fat drop. Listening to your body is key.

Break ups aren't fun bro and they can get you off track, but its good that your still keeping strong with the gym and your MMA.

Comparing your original photos.. you 've really leaned out. So its working.
