Good luck with the comp, challenge with dietary issues, hope the diet goes well.

Have you considered glutamine supp? Helps with GI issues.

Yeah I’ve tried it . Didn’t get anything much out of it .

Only thing that’s helped is this carnivore diet .everytime I deviate away from simple meat and fat I get sick again

More cardio this evening . Did 50 minutes on the treadmill then some abdominal exercises .
I’ll call this a reat day even though I’ve done 2 sets of cardio today .
Food was a steak , 2 kidneys and a heart .
And some melted ghee to dip in

Cardio this morning yet again.
Did 1 hour on tread mill .
Fasted of co**** .
I’m really tired today . Can barely keep my eyes open so I’m keeping busy ,
I plan on eating rice 2 hours before training . I have about half a cup of cooked rice here with me at work , with a bit of olive oil and oregano .
Also have a 185 gram can of tuna in spring water .
The rice is over cooked and mushy , hoping it gets digested really fast .
I’m willing to bet that because I’m carb starved , the rice is not going to get me sick .
If this works , I’ll make this regular

Looks good for a meal on the go… 1/2 cup of rice is only 125g rice, also watch out for time tuna 185g in reality on about 120-130 grams of actual tuna. About 30g carb and 40g protein 👊

Personally I save to fat for last meal of the day protein and carbs around training window.

Yeah the protien content is only 30 gram .
And yeah , I estimated the rice as much .
I have issues digesting fibre ,
I’m hoping this small amount cooked really well will work well for me as a preworkout meal and not cause me gut issues .
I might grind up a bunch of rice And make some cream of rice. .very easy on stomach

Look the best port of call I’d say is a good coach who deeply understands digestion. They’d be in the best place to give you advice.

But from what I know (and what worked for me) I’d probably reconsider your current diet. Pretty much all bodybuilders (including the ones with IBS/gut issues) follow a low fat, medium protein, high carb diet. Excess protein is known to cause GI issues.

At least for me, I use really simple sources of everything… for instance all of my protein sources are either Whey Isolate (good if you’re lactose intolerant), kangaroo (I experimented with different red meats / poultry and found which one worked best for me) and eggs. As for carb sources, you have to keep it real simple. I doubt you’d ever get digestion problems with rice based products (white rice, rice based cereals, cream of rice). Apart from that, you can try low fodmap greens (not in excess). For instance I found brocolli/beans ruined my GI tract but a small amount of greens (for me 30g spinach and 70g cooked peas with 2/3 out of my 4 meals) worked well. Also sauerkraut and other fermented products work well for digestion. I also have started using 1g psyllium husk powder of a night to improve stool quality.

Carbs make me sick bro.
Fibre doesn’t work with me like it does with normal humans .
Fibre brings my digestion to a complete stop
.
Carbs , I walk around with chronic hiccups for days sometimes weeks .
I vomit multiple times a day .
Only when I follow a strict meat and fat diet do i not get sick .
Mind you , it has to be simple , no sauces , no spices .
Seed oils including olive oil have been making me sick too lately . Broccoli will send me to hospital
Milk , will ruin my day .

Fair enough - I guess it's out of my knowledge range. If you're willing to work with an online coach I can refer you to one who knows a fair bit about digestion.
