What a struggle the infection really fuked me up this first I had it enter my body above a scratch or cut below my R leg where I had the blood clots 2 yrs ago.
I think I've kept my shape. Feeling good great. Considering I didn't eat for 2 days last week at all. I've found eating while having a extra infection in my body eating promotes it to grow when I eat nothing but garlic, ginger, red onion, tumaric and red capsicum the body bounces back quicker. Hey guys good news

I started Bjj again only doing light rights, i started to do some push exercises but very light

My shoulder is at 50% recovery still can’t push heavy but we will get there
I'm so glad to hear that you're taking steps to get back into training. It shows your determination, and I really admire that!

Good solid week of training and Bjj

Back to normal trading routine but much lighter weights

I’m at 100kgs on bench press but on the smith machine and will go up to 120kg next week. Everything is all machine work no free weights for at least 3 months until my shoulder is full stabilised

I kept running my cycle but reduced it to 1.5ml of test and 1.5 os masteron through out my recovery to keep my gains and it honestly helped such great quality gear I highly recommend it…Im going to start jabbing twice a week now since I’m back to normal routine

Those weights are still pretty heavy?
 
How good does it feel having a solid full week of training. Just keep chipping away.

Just wondering why you didn't use NPP, Deca, or ANAVAR to help with your recovery.
