My symptoms were getting worse and worse . It’s only recently I tried this diet . And it’s been a life changer .
I’d really love to reintroduce certain carbs though .
Cream of rice for example .
Potatoes .
Polenta .
I think I can probably have tiny amounts here and there , as long as my digestion is in check .
For the time being , I’m letting the gut heal .

Done some light cardio , and some abdominal work
Good effort. Do you ever deload or take time off from the gym though? May be worth it if your body is super sore.

This is a marathon not a race, take rest when your body needs it. Great decision for some light cardio and some abs.
