Guys just say I’m on 3000 cal to be on a deficit and I only hit close to 2000 cal and it’s 10pm and it’s time for bed, if I consumed a big meal to hit my deficit do you think that’s fine I won’t put on weight or eating that meal my body will store it because I’m not burning it ? If that makes sense
