Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Aiming to put on good quality size this off season. My diet consists of 4 meals a day separated between training days and non training days (with slightly less calories on non-training days). My diet is predominantly low fat, mid-high protein and high carb, titrating up carbs this off season likely. I aim to keep digestion in check by utilising single ingredient foods - opting for rice/bagel sources for my carb sources and aiming to use whey isolate. Vegetables/sauerkraut for every non-whey meal to help with digestion. Also a massive fan of kangaroo mince.

Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
I currently train 5 days a week following a Push, Legs, Upper, Rest, Pull, Delt/Arm, Rest split. My workouts are typically lower volume as I train quite hard. I also do cardio (elliptical for 120 minutes weekly at the moment at 130-150bpm).

Put on quality size

Generally good health. No real medical conditions or injuries (touch wood).

Is your blast currently only primo ? Adding in test a 250mg daily for final 4 weeks ?
Thank you re legs. My leg volume is super low to bring my upper body (particularly top shelf) up. The last 4 weeks (past month) have been 250mg test e weekly. The next however long anabolic stack will be decided by my coach - he’ll probably titrate up to a low test low primo stack. Also forgot to add 2iu GH daily

Having a good coach will expedite your progress infinitely if you work hard. It removes all the overthinking (at least it did for me).

Also Chase Irons needs to lower the dose. That man is putting his health at jeopardy.
 
Check in photos from yesterday. Getting coached is the best thing you can do for your progress to be honest.

@Skays @Dunstone true that. Honestly things have been going well. Been a bit sore from training but as training motivation/sleep hasn't dropped and progress is still progressing and haven't needed to deload. Food is around 3k TD and like 2.8k NTD (minus sauces and vegetables). Just had a recent bump in PEDS from 250mg test e per week to 300mg test e and 200mg primo e yesterday so punching the air. Sleep has been decent but stress from everyday life has been higher.

Recently implemented 1-2g psyllium husk of a night to help with regular bowel movements which is good.
 
Primo is a nice addition to any stack. A DHT can be hard on hair line if you're concerned.

I have a de-load built into my program 70%, 80%, 90%, 100% rpe each week for a 4-week training block.

Psyllium Husk is a daily supplement for me with meal 1 👍
