Diet Overview: (brief description of your typical daily diet)
Aiming to put on good quality size this off season. My diet consists of 4 meals a day separated between training days and non training days (with slightly less calories on non-training days). My diet is predominantly low fat, mid-high protein and high carb, titrating up carbs this off season likely. I aim to keep digestion in check by utilising single ingredient foods - opting for rice/bagel sources for my carb sources and aiming to use whey isolate. Vegetables/sauerkraut for every non-whey meal to help with digestion. Also a massive fan of kangaroo mince.
Training Schedule: (days per week, types of workouts)
I currently train 5 days a week following a Push, Legs, Upper, Rest, Pull, Delt/Arm, Rest split. My workouts are typically lower volume as I train quite hard. I also do cardio (elliptical for 120 minutes weekly at the moment at 130-150bpm).
Goal for the Competition:
Put on quality size

Generally good health. No real medical conditions or injuries (touch wood).
