How do i get to 127 friday then first thing monday morning im back to 130kgs
I wouldn't stress. That's more than likely just water weight.

Number of things can cause this... salty or high carb foods. Intense workouts also make muscles retain water for recovery. Stress or lack of sleep can spike cortisol which also leads to water retention. Generally speaking, water weight comes easy and goes easy.
