Approved Log My $5k Competition Log - Yokoblades

Doing silly things at work may have ****ed my shoulder.
Iv had surgery on this shoulder 14yrs ago feel a bit of pain front and rear delt.
Nurse says to ice it for the next 48hrs what you guys think.
Pain when raised palm higher then head height

**** @Yokoblade, at least it was at work 🤷‍♂️!

I understand that icing has been a common practice in soft tissue care, but recent insights suggest that it may not be as beneficial as once thought. While the intention was to reduce inflammation, it turns out that restricting blood flow might hinder the healing process. Instead, gentle heat can be much more supportive for your recovery. It's all about finding the best approach for your healing journey!

Again, invest into BPC157 and TB500 peptides to maximise your healing process +/- GH ****ogs or GH.

Good luck with workcover, get your MRI asap to know what your dealing with, if in Vic I can give you a name who as a specialist physio for shoulder injuries.

All the best

Strong foundation with lots of muscle, which is great.

There's always room to improve on reducing body fat, especially the visceral kind. This is 100% achievable. You need to really concentrate on getting your foods right. I don't know what your current meal plan is so I can't comment on what to cut back or add. Happy to help if you need it? Training, keep in mind that you don't want to aggravate your current injuries.. I would add more cardio to help burn fat, like walking or cycling. The main thing, stay consistent... but apart from all that, you're doing really well.
