Week 1 log:
Pinned Tren this week running 150mg total for the week alongside 515mg Test.
Keeping things controlled and seeing how the body responds before making any adjustments. Focus right now is on consistency with training, sleep, and diet dialed in.
Early notes:
- Strength feels solid already, could just be placebo kicking in
- Energy is good, aggression slightly up in the gym (in a good way)
- No noticeable sides yet monitoring sleep, mood, and appetite closely
Goal for this phase is lean strength gains while staying tight, not chasing sloppy size.
