Going to start a aggressive cut monday
Macros will be 2000-2500 cals
15 k steps 30 mins spin bike plans are to drop to 82 kgs in 2-4 weeks then will lean bulk to 90kg till the end of the comp
 
Mate your way under 20% bf your closer to 14% im 16% (dexa scaned) and have areas i can grab. You have a great base line. Hopefully some really good lean mass you can put on
Thanks bro I just don’t wanna be one of those people that say there way lower bf then there are, hopefully everything goes well and I put on size, exited to start logging just gotta get into a habit of it

Just thought I would give eq a go, I normally run mastron 1:2 with test but my hairs shedding a bit more then I would like, and I’ve heard some pretty good things about eq

Nice, noticed a lot useing EQ in the comp… haven't used Eq in 10yrs almost. Great compound and 20wks is spot on! Well thought out.

My hair is well gone so DHT’s for me!
 
have sprained my ankle so will only be attempting 10 k steps daily, what other forms of cardio should I be trying to do ?, also donating blood today and that makes me a bit ill for a week or so

Any form of LISS cardio would be effective for you; about 1 hour would help you reach your step goal. Does your gym have an arm bike or a similar machine? Swimming could also be an option if your ankle is up to it; just be sure to keep it low impact.

Alr I’ll try that thanks it’s feeling way better, as it happens on Monday I think my gym has a row machine I could do that’s about it
