Back on the grind guys enjoying the workouts again while still balancing out life, but it is what it is and we soldier on..
Good workout last night with some shoulders and biceps.. shoulders I’ve taken a different approach. I’ve dropped it back to 3 sets but chucked in two more exercises once again aiming for volume and not weight. Has resulted in some really good pumps once again I just got a balance out life a little bit so I can get my Cortizone levels right and get that pump really going.
MILITARY SHOULDER PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB LATERAL RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
ARNOLD DB PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB FRONT RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
REAR DELT CABLE FLYS 12-15 reps 3 sets
UPRIGHT ROWS 12-15 reps 3 set
BARBELL CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets
SEATED DB CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets
DB HAMMER CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets

Food is still reasonably on track. I have had a couple of bad days but eating well cooking up most of my food mainly back on 60% carbs and 40% the rest.

Still taking testosterone, but as we all know there seems to be a bit of shortage of Mast at the moment which I’m gonna be chasing up and doing my best to find some.. worst case scenario I’ll switch over to bold for a little bit.. also throwing little HGH in the mix
