Hey guys little bit too far between updates but everything is going pretty good. So far really happy with the way everything is coming along as she is starting to happen and also

Men sitting pretty steady with my routine. I think as we all know the main thing is is consistency. It’s been the backbone of my career and also the backbone of getting some development within the body.
Can’t argue with the hard facts of the more you train in the more consistent. You are the more development and gain you’ll have.. #FACTS

Shoulder last night..

SMITH MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
12 reps 4 sets
SIDE LATERAL RAISE 12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS 12 reps 4 sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES 12 reps 4 sets

UP RIGHT ROW 12 reps 4 sets
BARBELL SHRUG 12 reps 4 sets


Progressive shot of front and side at the moment. As always and I always say I’ve got a little bit going on with life at the moment but still managed to be consistent and pushing through.

Diet is reasonably on track, no major complaints they are the only thing I’ve done is up my carbohydrate intake to make it more than my protein so 60/40 mix

Still keeping pretty clean on my cycle and just sticking to the minimum..
Test E + Mast 1ml per week over 2 injections.
HGH 2iu mon to fri

All in all everything is going well I’m enjoying my training and I can’t complain..

still taking all my vitamins minerals and also my trusty mushroom kit and the methylene blue

Hitting all the key exercises there brother.

Have to admit it, I hate lunges :rolleyes: but seeing them in there reminds me I should probably stop avoiding them.

A lot of respect @AK-47s - you sure look the part as well. A lot of guys let loose after they retire, you don't look retired at all.

Years ago I started with kickboxing and then did a bit of MMA. Did for about 5 years then just stopped. I found it hard to manage that with kids, work and gym. Just started getting a bit lazy tbh. I had a look at your posts and you're still going really well. What's the secret ?? 😂

i’ve always said if “if do the crime, I do the time”
So I had beer on the weekend I go next day to the gym and make up for it .. big key I think 👊
