Men sitting pretty steady with my routine. I think as we all know the main thing is is consistency. It’s been the backbone of my career and also the backbone of getting some development within the body.
Can’t argue with the hard facts of the more you train in the more consistent. You are the more development and gain you’ll have.. #FACTS
Shoulder last night..
SMITH MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
12 reps 4 sets
SIDE LATERAL RAISE 12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS 12 reps 4 sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES 12 reps 4 sets
UP RIGHT ROW 12 reps 4 sets
BARBELL SHRUG 12 reps 4 sets
Progressive shot of front and side at the moment. As always and I always say I’ve got a little bit going on with life at the moment but still managed to be consistent and pushing through.
Diet is reasonably on track, no major complaints they are the only thing I’ve done is up my carbohydrate intake to make it more than my protein so 60/40 mix
Still keeping pretty clean on my cycle and just sticking to the minimum..
Test E + Mast 1ml per week over 2 injections.
HGH 2iu mon to fri
All in all everything is going well I’m enjoying my training and I can’t complain..
still taking all my vitamins minerals and also my trusty mushroom kit and the methylene blue
