Haha yeh some people might not agree, but about after fighting for 19 years and cutting weight soooooo many times I can’t remember and sticking to diet planning for fights, so I’m pretty sure I know my buddy to feel it hahahaha

Back on the grind guys enjoying the workouts again while still balancing out life, but it is what it is and we soldier on..

Good workout last night with some shoulders and biceps.. shoulders I’ve taken a different approach. I’ve dropped it back to 3 sets but chucked in two more exercises once again aiming for volume and not weight. Has resulted in some really good pumps once again I just got a balance out life a little bit so I can get my Cortizone levels right and get that pump really going.

MILITARY SHOULDER PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB LATERAL RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
ARNOLD DB PRESS 12-15 reps 3 sets
DB FRONT RAISE 12-15 reps 3 sets
REAR DELT CABLE FLYS 12-15 reps 3 sets
UPRIGHT ROWS 12-15 reps 3 set

BARBELL CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets
SEATED DB CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets
DB HAMMER CURLS 12-15 reps 4 sets

Food is still reasonably on track. I have had a couple of bad days but eating well cooking up most of my food mainly back on 60% carbs and 40% the rest.

Still taking testosterone, but as we all know there seems to be a bit of shortage of Mast at the moment which I’m gonna be chasing up and doing my best to find some.. worst case scenario I’ll switch over to bold for a little bit.. also throwing little HGH in the mix

Thanks bro.. pushing hard where I can.. comp is going ok thanks bro… seeing some little changes which is rewarding when I have been training in some shape or for last 20 years…
Just had my son move in with me and had to find him work, dog nearly died and few drams with future work .. Soooooo lol

Had 2 major surgeries brother so was dicey there as my dog is my third kid hahaha but happy to report he is on the mend now! Thanks for asking about my boi bro!

Mate that's huge my heart breaks when I hear and see this happen. So good to hear that his survived through it.

You're so right in saying they're a child, cause they are and you don't think twice when it comes to paying for it but I do wish you had the insurance. Anyways, it was meant to happen but having it moving forward would give peace of mind. He sure is a beauty.
