Well, another reasonable week down and a reasonable amount of shaved as life is coming back to normal not as chaotic…

Back and triceps are was on Sunday. Breaking it back down to 2 parts per workout and back to enjoying it, which is really good.

BARBELL ROW 12 reps 4 sets
WIDE GRIP LAT PULDOWS 12 reps 4 sets
T-BAR ROWS 12 reps 4 sets
SEATED CABLE ROW (WIDE) 12 reps 4 sets

TRICEP PUSH DOWN
SKULL CRUNCHES
OVERHEAD ROPE EXTENSION
12 reps 4 sets

Good still staying good. Carbs in morning and moment and protien after lunch .. mainly meat

I have some long conversations with a few people over the weekend. I’ve decided to try something new with my dosages.
Still gonna be taking Mast and Test, but I’m gonna be swapping them over to “P” …. BUT!!

I’m gonna be Microdosing 1ML each over a week. I’m excited to try this after I looked at the sign of it and put that together with my body type I reckon it’s gonna work really well for me.

Will keep everyone updated and if anyone does this, please let me know how your results have gone!!

Still have some HGH with that to..

I do like this change @AK-47s Short esters usually feel smoother with smaller frequent pins. Just make sure you stay consistent with the timing and log how you feel. GH on top will help support recovery and body composition but keep an eye on fasting glucose since GH can also elevate blood sugar and affect insulin sensitivity.

Still pretty hectic bro. I’ve just learned that I’m being let go for my job in two weeks so I’ve gone into a bit of panic mode trying to sort that out.

Training is going reasonably good, just with the stress up at the moment my cortisol levels are all over the place, so I’m just trying to work in with what I’ve got at the moment but in saying that still getting to the gym a fair bit..

Food has been on point still and getting plenty of protein in but still getting my carbs as they’re very useful to me as an ectomorph and my calorie count

NOW THE INTERESTING BIT!!

Now in a nutshell of basically gone onto Microdosing my testosterone every day except for Sundays
.2 Test P .2 Mast P

Now.. i’m definitely seeing results as in….. I’ll put a video and you can see that I’m leaning up which is a good thing but I’m definitely not holding the size as I was so it’s been an interesting transition to see how my body has reacted to this new type of dosing of my testosterone.

As for my mood and feeling each day, I actually feel pretty good pretty levelled out and considering how much stress I’ve had in my life lately I’m pretty happy with everything in general

So take what you want out of the above guys, but I’m gonna keep with this for at least another month and that’ll be my next rundown of how I’m feeling and dosing this way..

Hey Ak, with the daily microdosing it does tend to keep things more stable mood & energy wise, so it makes sense you’re feeling more levelled out. Dropping size could just be less water and glycogen with prop vs longer esters so I would'nt write it off as muscle loss. See how you go moving forward.
