Still pretty hectic bro. I’ve just learned that I’m being let go for my job in two weeks so I’ve gone into a bit of panic mode trying to sort that out.
Training is going reasonably good, just with the stress up at the moment my cortisol levels are all over the place, so I’m just trying to work in with what I’ve got at the moment but in saying that still getting to the gym a fair bit..

Now today was back and triceps..
BARBELL ROW 12 reps 4 sets

Food has been on point still and getting plenty of protein in but still getting my carbs as they’re very useful to me as an ectomorph and my calorie count
NOW THE INTERESTING BIT!!
Now in a nutshell of basically gone onto Microdosing my testosterone every day except for Sundays

Now.. i’m definitely seeing results as in….. I’ll put a video and you can see that I’m leaning up which is a good thing but I’m definitely not holding the size as I was so it’s been an interesting transition to see how my body has reacted to this new type of dosing of my testosterone.

As for my mood and feeling each day, I actually feel pretty good pretty levelled out and considering how much stress I’ve had in my life lately I’m pretty happy with everything in general
So take what you want out of the above guys, but I’m gonna keep with this for at least another month and that’ll be my next rundown of how I’m feeling and dosing this way..
