To support all the crew participate in the journey and hopefully be able to have a great transformation myself and fun while doing it and change myself and also help to inspire other people along the way..
Ive needed to find a new spark after years of training so hopefully this will be what I’m looking for

Health Status (mention any medical conditions or injuries):
Considering I’m at the age of 48 and have that been broken from tissue to bones and busted up my body that much over the years I still feel pretty good. I’m pushing very hard to make sure I don’t turn into one of those older men who gets overweight.. so I strive for muscle and to stay fit and healthy and Connected with my body.

Nah I havnt mate. I have a sports doc I still deal with so helping me little but, recover with ice baths and suna and magnesium intake seems to be the best for this broken body bro haahah

First day of comp. Just basic overall body workout today as of tomorrow I’ll be changing the structure of my routine, all following my program as above.

Again today and worked the muscle groups lightly as I’ve been very sick of late..

MACHINE LATERAL RASIES

LEG EXTENSIONS
TRICEP EXTENSIONS
LITTLE ABS ( 🫣)

All 4 sets x 12/14 ropes

Breakfast was toast and peanut butter..
Post meal was smashed avocado and eggs

Trying to get rid of this tail end of flu, so I sat in the sauna after my workout and for those are from me will know how much I treat my self well so I had a flush out with my own IV after it also

Nice morning.
