Okay, big morning back into the rhythm of things..

Going back to my old routine now of one to 2 body parts a night all morning as I aim to start to grow again and be more fuller..

Shoulders and triceps with a good squeeze to go along with it. Been having a little troubles with my traps lately so I’ve been staying away from upright rows, but tonight I hit them again.

Also slipping back into a good routine of diet. Once he end this competition is gonna help me find some hunger games and get me back on track.

SMITH MACHINE SHOULDER PRESS
12 reps 4 sets
SIDE LATERAL RAISE
12 reps 4 sets
BENT OVER REVERSE FLYS
12 reps 34sets
PLATED FRONT RAISES
12 reps 4 sets
UP RIGHT ROW 12 reps 4 sets

TRICEP PUSH DOWN
SKULL CRUNCHES
OVERHEAD ROPE EXTENSION
12 Reps, 3 Sets
Pretty wrecked after last night as I’ve been crushing lately but good to have a reason to push again …

Diet is back on point.. about 3500 cals a day at moment but fine tuning it as I go. Being an ectomorph I have room to move to it’s a positive..

Have a good work out there all
