I thought it’d be a great idea to get on here and help out the new people who are getting into maybe moving their body around inside the weight room or even in a Combat or cardiovascular away..
Firstly, I’ll just put my credentials below so you know that I’m not full of shit so to speak 😂

I thought it was something simple. We all know arm exercises and I’m sure you’ve heard of 21s. (If not give them a google)
I personally like to do them standing to sitting to standing and then reversing that situation on the next set with a total of 4 sets.. (hope makes sense)

The burn you get with these I find is absolutely amazing and using in the easy curl bar. You can use a tight grip or you can use a wide grip depending on what you’re after and the burn you want.

I’ll put a video blow it next time you thinking biceps, I wholly suggest you give it a go.
