8 Week Comp - shaunc7

Moring all.
Going overseas for 10days and wondering what peoples protocols are in the way of compounds and training. Do you take it with you or just dose higher before you leave? Or just keep everything the same and just let the residual aas in the system do its job. It will just be on the lower side when you get back? And I was thinking, if I can't get into a gym. Lots and walking and BW training.
What are peoples experiences and thoughts?
Cheers

You can pin a higher dose before you leave and let the long half life carry through the trip. Blood levels taper a bit but no big deal for 10 days.

Hey all.
Did get to the gym today, but went climbing instead.
I have a sedentary job, so I have to use my walking pad in the morning, and walk on my lunch break, so that I can fit all my steps in.
I try for min 10,000 steps, but usually average about 12,000. Today was 14,341.
I've got some water retention in my legs today, and I'm not sure what causing it. I can push my thumb into my shin and it leaves a dent for quite sometime.
Anyone got thought and what it might be?
Doing Bloods tomorrow, so I'll post result when I get them.
Cheers

Find the source of the fluid (thrombosis) retention, can be a strain on heart and other organs.good luck mate.

Hey all.
I'll away on holiday. So not really going to the gym. But still just trying to get my steps in and make the best decisions with food, without missing out on enjoying myself.
This is probably the first time in a few years were I'm not tracking food and hitting the gym daily.
It feels a little strange to be out of routine, but wicked to catch up with friends.

Hey all.
Completed my step count again today. Still did not hit the gym or track my food. Got about 6 days left of my holiday. I'm definitely not sure what to post for the next 6 days. But I'm having a shit load of fun, doing some high adrenaline activities.
I have already taken some skin of and have some Bruises.
Happy days

Hey all.
Haven't got really much to post.
Hitting the last leg of the holidays. So happy Ive gone away and caught up with friends. At the same time, I'm pretty stoked to get back to tracking and going to the gym. Definitely enjoying the holiday and not missing out to the cultural and food.
Still I'll be happy to get back into the swing to things.
Cheers
