Hey all.
First post, so I can only get better from here.
Shaun, 40 years young. Been working out in a little while now. Changing disciplines about every three years. I'm not sure why that's is, thats just how it's worked out.
At the moment working out in the gym 5 times a week, and bouldering 3 or 4 times a week, just depends of work.
About 6ft, 90kgs and on 3300 cals and building.
I'm not sure what else to cover/post throughout the week, but I'll find something.

Welcome brother. Workload is decent so the cals makes sense if you’re trying to grow and recover from all that. At your frame you’ve got a good base already. I'd say just log your sessions, diet changes and progress each week. That’s the easiest way to stay accountable and see what’s actually working.

What cycle/gear are you running.
Hey dude.
Just started my first cycle about 12 weeks ago.
200mg test E, I ran that for a few weeks before adding in mast E at 300mg.
Tried to bump up test to 300mg, but got nipple sensitive, so dropped back to 200 and increase mast to 400.
For some reason my body is throwing alot of the test to oestradiol. I don't know if it's because of my age or because of my first cycle.
At 200mg weekly, pinning every third day my oestradiol levels are at 413, which is not the greatest. I'll be getting blood again in a few weeks to see how shit is going

Today completed a workout as follows.

Seated hamstring curls 3x15

Single leg extensions 3x15 last set 12reps

Bw atg spilt squats 3x15

BB squats 3x10 last set spilt my shorts😂

45 legs press 1x20, 1x15, 1x10

Back extensions 3x15

Hip adduction 3x12

Donkey calf raise 3x (amap) as many as possible.



Food doesn't change when I'm working:

P 170
C 550
F 45

Not sure if I should start taking insulin with all the carbs I'm eating.

Some guys convert heavily,some mildly,some barely at all,it's just individual genetic response.

High incline db shoulder press 3x12 11 on last set
Single arm should press machine 2x9
Face pulls 3x15
Lat raise machine 3x10
Single arm preacher curl 3x7
Tri rope push down 3x12
Single arm overhead tri ext 3x12
Ezy bar bicep cable curls 3x15

Low dose of arimidex, or use a compound like EQ to lower oestradiol? At the moment I'm using mast which a masking effect for me at 200 test, but the test overwrite its effect if I bump up to 300mg.

Another question quick question. If genetically I'm a high aromatizer, does that mean, that the body overtime doesn't adapt to test and you always have to be mindful and prob run ai blockers.

Ai blockers are very toxic bro,I would recommend primo to help control E2,from what I learnt from a pro,it's an ideal alternative to ai blockers.
The body response to hormones and anabolics isn't set in stone,you can run a certain compound for years then develop a negative tolerance to it,same as how testosterone acts in relation to high conversion,you just have to monitor things as it's all fluid in motion bro,someone may not convert much for years and that can reverse,factors like body fat,lifestyle, genetics and diet all play a part.
EQ can be great but you must monitor RBC and not run for extended crazy periods.i would suggest 2:1 ratio ,test/EQ and same for primo.monitor and adjust,but aromatase inhibitors are toxic af.hope this helps somewhat.

If you aromatise more it just means more of the test you run is converting to estrogen so you’ve just got to review your dose. Mast can help you feel a bit drier, but it’s not lowering your E2 levels, so it’s not a fix for high estrogen. When E2 does get too high the usual way to control it is a small dose of something like Anastrozole, but that should really be based on bloods or clear high E2 sides, not just guessing.

I already donate blood as often as possible, which is 3mthly. Hopefully my body responds well over time then.

EQ doesn’t lower estradiol, it just aromatises a lot less than test, so it can change the ratio a bit. Cleanest fix is a small dose of anastrozole or adjusting the test dose rather than adding another compound.

Ohh rogy! Cheers!! My understanding is that it was going to lower my oestradiol.
Ok, no dramas. I did lower the dosage when sides occured. I was just wondering if I was going to push harder on the next push phase. How that would be made possible if I couldn't push a higher dosage of test E over 200mg weekly.
Hopefully my body reacts differently in the next push phase then, otherwise from the sounds of it, I'll just have to run arimidex at a lower dosage with the cycle.
